Manuscript assessment or publication fees should NOT be paid at the point of article submission. Authors are strongly advised to make payment ONLY when they are specifically asked to do so. The journal will not refund any fees paid for manuscripts that are subsequently found to be outside the journal’s scope or that do not meet the required publication criteria.
