Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

  1. Each article should be typed double-spaced in Times New Roman and should not exceed 15 pages of A4 paper in font size 12.
  2. Both tables and figures should be inserted and logically presented within maximum of 15pages A4 paper
  3. The article should be preceded by an abstract that should not exceed 150 words.
  4. The cover page should include: title of the article, author(s) name(s), address(es), phone number(s), e-mail address(es). Surname should be written first and in capital before other names.
  5. Manuscript(s) should be sent as MS word attachment
  6. Articles that are submitted for publication in AJEM should not have been submitted in another journal.
  7. Referencing style should follow the  APA(American Psychological Association) style
